Farm & breeding station

We have been breeding top-quality western horses of the American Quarter Horse breed for more than 12 years,and the offspring of our horses achieve significant success in international cattle competitions. We are one of Europe´s largest and most renowned breeders, and you can see herds of these beautiful horses on our pastures.

Since our own meat production and the quality of meat are the ultimate priority for our kitchen operation, we established a breeding station for Texas Longhorn, an attractive American breed of cattle, a few years ago, and so in addition to horses, you can also see herds of this long-horn cattle on our pastureland. At SILVERSTONE you will get an opportunity to appreciate the exceptional quality, taste, tenderness and juiciness of aged beef from this breed. As a bonus, you will be pleased to know that this type of meat is very healthy, thanks to its low cholesterol content.

Today, our herd also includes a purebred Wagyu bull through which we have started our own production of this world-renowned type of meat.
