Special events

We are active, energetic and full of ideas, and we take pleasure from offering our SILVERSTONE clients a year-round programme of top-class culinary events each of which is centred around a particular area of focus, and many of them come with (references to) important Czech traditions.

To this end, our calendar is going to include regular culinary events, such as:

Czech Hog Killing and Pork Feast

Unique experience, homespun atmosphere, good mood - that is what traditional Czech hog killing parties are about, plus an endless quantity of pork delicacies and excellent drinks.

This event also includes a beer tasting session featuring excellent domestic and foreign beers.

Venison Feast

Our chefs will prepare for you a selection of delicacies and traditional venison, wild boar, pheasant, wild duck and hare meals,as well as sourdough pancakes with jam, blueberry sauce and whipped cream.

This event also includes a sommelier-guided wine tasting session.

Easter Feast

Experience a unique atmosphere of Easter Monday preparations, including painting and decorating eggs, making a “pomlázka”, baking and tasting traditional savoury and sweet Easter delicacies (including Easter stuffing), all made to recipes passed down through generations.

This event also includes a sommelier-guided wine tasting session.

Fish Feast

Our chefs will offer you delicious freshwater and sea fish meals, including soups, traditional fish dishes and grilled specialities, fish salads and smoked fish.

This event also includes a sommelier-guided wine tasting session.

Beef Feast

Properly matured top quality Texas Longhorn and Angus beef from our farm - a truly unique culinary event! Our chefs have put together an assortment of meals guaranteed to suit your palate. Watch masters of the kitchen prepare grilled, fried and roasted specialities, and taste a strong beef broth cooked slowly in a copper cauldron on an outdoor fireplace, as well as various types of grilled meat and steaks, irresistible burgers and Mexican specialities of young Longhorn meat.

This event also includes a sommelier-guided wine tasting session.

Wine Harvest Feast

Celebrating the end of summer, this enormously popular event (always long-awaited by many) is a symbol of abundance of good food and drink, and we have prepared a traditional menu that picks the best of Bohemian and Moravian cuisines.

Hard-to-forget savoury and sweet specialities, top-quality Moravian wines (including young wine called “burčák”).

St. Martin Feast

Golden roasted, crispy goose from local farmers with cabbage and various side dishes and trimmings, hard-to-resist desserts - an unforgettable culinary experience!

This event also includes a sommelier-guided wine tasting session.

Christmas Holiday

For most of us, Christmas is the most beautiful tradition, one that we love to share with our loved ones every year, and we are happy to offer you an opportunity to spend your Christmas holiday with your family members on our site to experience a unique and wonderful atmosphere of well-being, presents under a traditionally decorated Christmas tree, the smell of Christmas cookies and an endless abundance of tasty food and drink.

Traditional sweet and savoury Christmas menufinalised in coordination with clients to meet their preferences.
